  • • As an Associate Director, Account Management, Enterprise at Airwallex, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and deepening relationships with the company’s most strategic enterprise clients across North America. This is a high-impact, customer-facing leadership position where you will serve as the trusted advisor and internal advocate for large-scale businesses leveraging Airwallex’s unified payments and financial platform. Your work will directly contribute to customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction by ensuring seamless API implementation, successful go-live, and ongoing value realization post-deployment. You will operate at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, and support, translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes for clients in industries ranging from fintech to e-commerce and logistics.
  • • On a day-to-day basis, you will take a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to understand each client’s unique operational challenges and financial workflows, then tailor Airwallex’s platform capabilities to meet those needs. You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Billing, Support, and Strategy teams to align efforts and optimize the customer journey. You will project manage complex, cross-functional customer implementations—spanning technical integrations, compliance requirements, and change management—ensuring timelines are met and risks are mitigated. Proactively, you will identify potential pain points before they escalate, serve as the voice of the customer by feeding insights back to Product and Development teams, and continuously track performance against KPIs, revenue targets, and usage metrics. Additionally, you will champion best practices in client onboarding and engagement, collaborate with technical support to refine service delivery, and consistently exceed sales quotas while keeping the customer’s long-term success at the forefront of every decision.
