  • • A key responsibility involves managing your territory with a data-informed approach, meticulously prioritizing your time, identifying high-potential client opportunities, and understanding market dynamics to maximize performance.
  • • You will be expected to identify, engage, and cultivate robust relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
  • • Leading the orchestration of multi-touchpoint sales strategies is crucial, ensuring these are precisely tailored to meet specific client needs, align with pipeline progression, and achieve strategic business goals.

  • • A core function is to educate prospective and existing clients on Syneos Health’s unique, differentiated value proposition, highlighting our extensive clinical and commercial capabilities, and communicating our evolving service offerings.
  • • Regular territory performance reviews are essential, requiring accurate forecasting of pipeline progression and the agile adjustment of plans in response to shifting client needs and dynamic market conditions.
  • • Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date records of all client activities, pipeline status, and sales progress within CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is a fundamental requirement.
  • • Continuous learning is paramount; you must stay abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor developments, and emerging client needs to consistently refine and optimize your engagement strategies.
  • • You will represent Syneos Health professionally at client meetings, industry conferences, and other relevant events, actively working to build brand presence and uncover new business opportunities.
