  • • As an Associate Director, Corporate Accounts LTC at Neurocrine Biosciences, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence and driving product adoption within key long-term care (LTC) and corporate accounts. This multifaceted position requires a dynamic leader who can excel both as an individual contributor, managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, and as a team leader, guiding and developing a team of Corporate Account Managers.
  • • Your primary responsibility as a Corporate Account Manager will be to educate and promote Neurocrine's innovative products and relevant disease states to your assigned corporate accounts. This involves understanding the unique needs and challenges of these organizations and tailoring your approach to effectively communicate the value proposition of our treatments.
  • • Simultaneously, you will be accountable for leading and directing a team within the Corporate Account department. This leadership aspect involves coaching, mentoring, and empowering your team members to achieve their individual and collective goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic plans aimed at identifying, segmenting, profiling, and building robust, long-term relationships with both your assigned accounts and those managed by your team.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to overseeing the assessment, expansion, and development of these corporate accounts. You will ensure exceptional customer service is delivered and drive appropriate diagnosis and product utilization.
  • • A key component of your role will be to develop comprehensive business plans and initiatives for your assigned corporate accounts. Furthermore, you will guide your team in developing their own business plans and initiatives, focusing on product and/or disease state programs designed to enhance sales across all corporate accounts.

  • • You will conduct regular business review sessions with the Director to assess the state of relationships, understand the business landscape, and ensure your team remains focused on achieving their objectives for their assigned corporate accounts.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of Neurocrine's engagement with critical corporate entities, contributing directly to the company's mission of relieving suffering for people with great needs.
  • • You will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.
  • • The role requires a deep understanding of the complexities within healthcare systems, particularly in the long-term care and behavioral health sectors, to effectively navigate and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • • You will champion Neurocrine's values and culture, promoting an environment of belonging, respect, and empowerment within your team and across your interactions with external partners.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to achieve revenue goals, meet key business objectives, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Corporate Accounts team.
