📋 Description

• The Associate Director, Digital Quality Management Systems, Change Management and Digital Adoption is responsible for facilitating the successful adoption of digital tools and changes across the organization, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing user engagement with digital quality systems.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing communication strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, designing and delivering training programs, creating user guides and documentation, monitoring adoption progress, conducting feedback sessions, identifying and mitigating risks, and building dashboards and KPIs to evaluate initiative success.
• The role serves as the Business Process Owner for AI capabilities within Global Quality, driving governance, standards, and continuous improvement for AI-enabled workflows, and representing Global Quality in cross-functional AI governance bodies.
• The person in this role will develop expertise in change management, digital adoption, AI governance, and quality systems within a regulated life sciences environment, while building leadership skills in stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making to advance BeiGene’s mission of fighting cancer through innovative, compliant digital transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Life Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related experience in a regulated life sciences environment, OR Master’s degree and 6+ years of equivalent experience
• 7+ years of related experience in Quality Systems, Change Management, and Digital Adoption
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Expertise in digital quality systems (e.g., Veeva Quality Vault, Valgenesis Validation Lifecycle Suite, Compliance Wire)
• Proficient in digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe) for creating guided workflows and just-in-time training
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and experience leveraging AI for process optimization and predictive insights
