- • Lead the development and execution of strategic client engagement plans that align with client business objectives and drive measurable outcomes across multiple healthcare channels.
- • Oversee day-to-day client engagement activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality strategic deliverables and maintaining strong client relationships.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Advisory, Medical, and Marketing to integrate insights and create cohesive, patient-centered engagement strategies.
- • Translate complex healthcare data and market dynamics into actionable strategic recommendations that improve patient identification, access, and care continuity.
- • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on strategic thinking, project execution, and client communication best practices.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively identifying opportunities to expand engagement scope.
- • Ensure all engagement strategies are grounded in equity principles, with a focus on reaching every patient possible and eliminating barriers to care.
- • Utilize Avalere’s global resources and cross-capability networks to deliver innovative, data-informed solutions tailored to client-specific challenges.
- • Maintain rigorous project timelines and quality standards while adapting to shifting client priorities and market conditions.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engagement frameworks by incorporating feedback, performance metrics, and emerging industry trends.
- • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs to enhance strategic capabilities and stay current with healthcare industry developments.
- • Support the growth of Avalere’s inclusive culture by actively engaging with Employee Network Groups and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all client interactions.
- • Leverage Avalere’s flexible work model to manage client engagements effectively whether working remotely or in one of the company’s global hubs (Washington, D.C., New York, London, Manchester).
- • Ensure all deliverables reflect Avalere’s mission to ensure every patient is identified, treated, supported, and cared for — equally.
- • Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously without compromising quality or timeliness.
- • Apply deep understanding of healthcare systems, patient journeys, and market access dynamics to shape engagement strategies that drive real-world impact.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations in all client work and data handling.
- • Represent Avalere professionally in client meetings, presentations, and industry forums, reinforcing the company’s reputation for integrity and innovation.
- • Contribute to proposal development and new business opportunities by articulating engagement strategy value propositions to prospective clients.
- • Partner with internal teams to align engagement strategies with Avalere’s broader goals of empowering employees and advancing equitable patient outcomes.
