- • As an Associate Director, Field Sales at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth as the leading Virtual Data Room (VDR) provider in the UK market. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and based in London, you will lead a high-performing field sales team to win new clients, expand into strategic verticals, and sustain the company’s exceptional growth trajectory. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on deal execution, requiring you to balance team development with direct involvement in high-stakes customer engagements. You will be instrumental in driving regional revenue growth while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with iDeals’ core values of Commitment, Excellence, Collaboration, Trust, and Care.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and developing a team of field sales professionals by setting a clear vision, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance appraisals, and fostering an environment of continuous learning that empowers individuals to achieve both personal and business goals. You will define and track operational metrics to drive functional outcomes, report team performance to the executive team, and use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and coaching efforts. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to cultivating new business opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, and supporting the closure of key deals by nurturing long-term client relationships. You will also collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and executive teams to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle and shared objectives. Additionally, you will represent iDeals at industry events and in high-stakes customer interactions, staying current on market trends, competition, and best practices to inform strategic planning and maintain the company’s reputation as a trusted leader in secure business collaboration.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience in new business development sales, with at least 2 years of outbound sales managerial experience
- • Professional sales background within the B2B SaaS industry with solid expertise in system transactional sales, sales methodology, techniques, and negotiation practices
- • Experience in managing small-medium teams of individual contributors across field sales teams, across the full employee lifecycle
- • First line management leadership skills with a passion for fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- • High energy and enthusiasm for driving results, achieving goals, and delivering exceptional customer experience
