- • Lead financial planning and analysis efforts for a global organization, driving value through data-driven insights and strategic financial reporting.
- • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights across business units.
- • Partner with cross-functional finance teams to integrate data intelligence, streamline reporting processes, and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- • Oversee development of automated reporting tools and dashboards using platforms like Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or Workday, while mentoring junior FP&A team members.
- • Champion process improvements, automation, and governance standards in FP&A, maintaining financial system integrity and aligning with enterprise reporting policies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- • 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
- • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday, Power BI, or similar tools.
- • Proven ability to lead financial planning processes and deliver business-oriented insights to executive audiences.
- • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience with a collaborative, proactive approach.
- • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex financial topics for stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
