📋 Description
- • Strategic leadership role shaping IT solutions for enterprise-level HR applications across RTX’s three business units—Raytheon, Pratt & Whitney, and Collins Aerospace—as well as Corporate Functions, driving alignment between technology and business goals.
- • Lead design and implementation of scalable digital enterprise architectures for HR processes, develop 1-, 3-, and 5-year architectural strategies, integrate emerging technologies like AI/ML and blockchain, and guide solutions architecture teams from strategy to tactical execution.
- • Collaborate with senior HR leaders, internal partners, and vendors to establish technology standards, roadmaps, and best practices while mentoring architecture communities and ensuring compliance with RTX IT policies and industry standards.
- • Drive synergy across business units by synthesizing functional strategies into unified enterprise roadmaps, providing thought leadership, and fostering a culture of strategic thinking in application architecture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in supporting a complex Enterprise HR environment and a bachelor’s degree in Master’s Architecture, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related field or equivalent combination.
- • Proven track record in developing, delivering, and supporting enterprise-scale applications within complex Enterprise HR environments.
- • Deep understanding of HR & Payroll IT systems and tools, including estimating & pricing, treasury, tax, travel and expense, and associated data integration platforms.
- • Expertise in architecture frameworks and methods (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF, SAFe Architect); relevant certifications highly advantageous.
- • Experience migrating on-premise HR applications/infrastructure to the cloud (AWS/Azure) and designing cloud-native solutions.
- • Significant experience in IT service and financial management, including people leadership, budget ownership, and project management.
