- • Lead, scale, and mature the NetSuite services portfolio as a senior trusted advisor to clients, ensuring consistent high-quality delivery across engagements while partnering with leadership on practice growth, talent development, and go-to-market initiatives.
- • Provide leadership across the NetSuite practice by overseeing multiple implementations and transformation programs, ensuring execution of delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices, and acting as the escalation point for complex delivery, functional, technical, and client issues across Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, revenue, reporting, integrations, and data migration.
- • Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor for key NetSuite clients, leading executive-level discussions on solution design, roadmap planning, and ERP transformation strategy, while overseeing project planning, resourcing, budgets, timelines, risks, and scope across engagements.
- • Build, mentor, and manage Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates within the NetSuite practice, supporting hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development, and fostering a culture of delivery excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- • Partner with leadership on practice strategy, capability expansion, and go-to-market initiatives, supporting pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal reviews, and identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings, accelerators, and delivery methodologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10–14 years of experience in ERP or IT consulting
- • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience
- • Proven experience leading full lifecycle, multi-entity NetSuite implementations
- • Strong background in client-facing leadership, program delivery, and governance
- • Experience working with US- and Europe-based clients and distributed teams
- • Deep understanding of finance, accounting, and core business processes
