- • As an Associate Director of Paid Search & Social at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success and organizational growth by leading client pods focused on B2B SaaS and tech companies. You will be directly accountable for client retention, team performance, and financial outcomes, with your impact reflected in the company’s P&L through goal attainment, customer satisfaction, and bookings targets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting strategic goals for every client engagement in your pod, ensuring adherence to best practices across all paid media channels—including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation methodology, Share of SERP, and Functional Content—and proactively identifying and dismantling approval roadblocks by collaborating closely with strategists to secure buy-in and enable campaign execution.
- • You will lead with accountability and leadership—not management—by establishing clear expectations, building consistent team cadences, providing proactive support, and empowering your team through transparent communication and structured goal-setting to drive performance and engagement.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in paid search and social strategy for enterprise B2B clients, sharpen your leadership and client management skills, gain deep exposure to revenue operations and marketing analytics, and position yourself as a trusted advisor who drives both customer acquisition and long-term client partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing paid search and social campaigns for B2B SaaS or technology clients, with a strong understanding of lead generation funnels, conversion optimization, and ROI-focused marketing strategies.
- • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve aggressive performance goals, including NSM attainment, CSAT scores above 4.2, and half-yearly bookings targets of $150k per pod, using data-driven decision-making and client accountability frameworks.
- • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience guiding strategists, removing operational barriers, and fostering high-performing teams through clear communication, expectation setting, and proactive support.
- • Proficiency in leveraging analytics platforms and marketing technologies to inform strategy, track performance, and stay ahead of industry trends, including emerging applications of AI and automation in paid media.
- • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex marketing insights into compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
