📋 Description

• • The Associate Director, Patient Recruitment Partnerships is a key driver of Care Access’s mission to expand access to clinical research by building and optimizing a high-performing ecosystem of Recruitment Vendors and Patient Advocacy Organizations.
• • Day to day, the role involves identifying and evaluating patient recruitment partners, leading RFP/RFI processes, negotiating contracts, managing partner performance, defining recruitment strategies across trials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to align efforts with enrollment goals.
• • Care Access is a global organization dedicated to making health research and services accessible to underserved communities through mobile clinics, research locations, and initiatives like Future of Medicine and Difference Makers, with a mission to ensure everyone can understand their health, access care, and contribute to medical breakthroughs.
• • In this role, the individual will develop scalable partner frameworks, strengthen community trust, improve access for diverse populations, gain expertise in clinical trial recruitment analytics, and lead strategic initiatives that directly impact trial enrollment and organizational growth.
