📋 Description
- • The Associate Director, Quality – External Manufacturing serves as the Make vs Buy (MvB) Quality interface with assigned business units, connecting Quality with Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and R&D. This role manages a team of MVB Quality Managers and supports quality operations for external manufacturing partners, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- • Day to day, the role leads a team of MVB Quality managers to support new product commercialization, quality improvement initiatives, and enabler programs at co-manufacturers (30%); provides technical support to plant and corporate Quality teams and assists with project execution, identifying and implementing continuous improvement activities focused on food safety and quality (20%); supports investigation of consumer complaint trends and ensures corrective actions are implemented (10%); collaborates with co-manufacturers to maintain adherence to Campbell’s Supplier Expectation Manual and quality requirements (10%); implements quality programs and supports internal/external audit readiness, ensuring compliance with design and execution standards (10%); tracks and reports quality KPIs for assigned co-manufacturers, identifying trends and recommending improvements (10%); and supports alignment of quality objectives within assigned scope, ensuring consistency with broader organizational goals (10%).

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelors Degree
- • 8+ years in food industry/Quality experience with strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality systems
- • Bachelors Degree in Food related field
