- • As the Associate Director of Sales Operations at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by optimizing processes, tools, and systems that directly impact revenue generation in a fast-growing, globally distributed SaaS leader.
- • You will ensure the sales team operates at peak performance by leveraging data-driven insights, streamlining workflows, and aligning cross-functional efforts to support Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity through its all-in-one payroll and HR platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading and managing critical sales operations functions such as territory design, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation planning to ensure alignment with company goals and scalable growth.
- • You will implement and optimize sales systems and tools—including CRM platforms like Salesforce and analytics solutions—to maintain data integrity, enhance sales productivity, and enable real-time visibility into performance metrics.
- • You will develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance dashboards that provide actionable insights to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams on key performance indicators.
- • You will collaborate closely with sales, finance, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes, break down silos, and drive organizational cohesion.
- • You will manage end-to-end sales compensation processes, ensuring accurate, timely commission payouts that are aligned with corporate objectives and motivate high performance.
- • You will design and implement sales enablement programs—including training, content, and tooling—to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team at scale.
- • You will assist in creating and refining scalable sales processes that support Deel’s rapid growth, ensuring they remain effective, repeatable, and adaptable as the company expands into new markets.
- • You will work directly with leadership to define, track, and report on sales KPIs, using data to influence strategic decisions and course-correct when necessary.
- • You will lead or participate in special projects such as CRM implementations, process reengineering initiatives, and technology integrations that elevate the sales operation’s maturity and impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- • Proven experience optimizing sales processes and improving sales performance through systems, tools, and data analysis.
- • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
- • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and designing sales compensation plans.
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to senior leadership.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
