Associate Director, Site Mgmt & Oversight Lead (Remote)

📋 Description

• • Lead one or more Therapeutic Areas (TA) in collaboration with the Statistics TA lead to ensure all clinical trial work is completed on time, within budget, and with high quality, serving as a key operational leader for site management and oversight in the Americas region.
• • Provide operational oversight of clinical trial sites, including site health monitoring, risk identification and mitigation, recruitment and retention support, and ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines through proactive coordination with CROs and investigative sites.
• • Serve as the primary sponsor point of contact for assigned studies, building trusted relationships with investigators and site staff, supporting study delivery, resolving escalated issues, and representing the "voice of the site" in cross-functional initiatives to improve site experience and reduce burden.
• • Contribute to feasibility and site selection by providing local site intelligence, supporting site development, and ensuring effective enrollment progress through collaboration with CROs and internal teams to meet global and country-specific recruitment targets.
