  • • Lead the US launch of empasiprubart for Multifocal Motor Neuropathy (MMN), a critical milestone in argenx’s portfolio diversification and long-term growth, ensuring market readiness for a therapy poised to transform treatment for patients with rare autoimmune diseases.
  • • Develop and execute comprehensive launch and commercialization tactics, including positioning, messaging, disease state and branded campaigns, while leading the US HCP vaccination strategy in close partnership with Medical, Global, Legal/Compliance, and Patient Engagement teams to reduce delays to treatment initiation.
  • • Design and optimize HCP engagement journeys across channels, lead HCP Advisory Board and Market Research planning to generate customer insights, and define, monitor, and evolve KPIs to assess performance and guide strategic adjustments.
  • • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources to ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives, while managing key agency partners (AOR, P2P, Media) and representing argenx at industry conferences to build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Commercial & Medical, US Medical, US HCP & Patient Marketing, Field Sales, Training, Market Access, Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory teams to co-create strategies and navigate the Promotional Material Review process for compliant HCP-directed tactics.
  • • Drive entrepreneurial, agile execution in a fast-paced environment, synthesizing insights into actionable strategies, influencing without authority, and prioritizing efforts under pressure to achieve positive results in support of argenx’s mission to deliver medicines that help autoimmune patients get their lives back.
  • • Contribute to a purpose-driven, science-based biotech culture that values innovation, collaboration, and patient impact, working within a growing team committed to scientific excellence and community-first healthcare.
  • • Develop strategic marketing expertise in rare disease and neurology launch environments, gaining deep experience in translating metrics into tactical execution, managing external agencies, and leading complex, regulated commercial initiatives in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

🎯 Requirements

  • • BS/BA degree (science or business preferred); MBA is a plus
  • • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • • US in-market commercial launch experience preferred; rare disease and/or Neurology experience preferred
  • • Demonstrated ability to translate key insights and metrics into strategies and tactical execution
  • • Experience managing external agency partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders
  • • Agility, proven ability to influence without authority, and strong entrepreneurial mindset with urgency and prioritization skills
  • • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions
  • • Strong project management, communication, and organization skills
  • • Willingness to travel 30%
