  • • Own the customer journey end-to-end: diagnose and resolve issues related to domains, DNS, email delivery, SSL certificates, website migrations, CMS errors, and server performance, ensuring each interaction exceeds expectations and keeps customers loyal to Hostinger.
  • • Master cutting-edge technology: stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning new Hostinger products, services, and the latest web-hosting innovations—then translate that knowledge into crystal-clear guidance for users ranging from first-time site owners to seasoned developers.
  • • Level-up AI-powered support: collaborate with engineering and product teams to train and refine Kodee, Hostinger’s AI assistant, feeding real customer insights that make automated help faster, smarter, and more human.
  • • Champion continuous improvement: proactively identify workflow bottlenecks, suggest new macros, update internal knowledge bases, and pilot fresh support tactics that raise team KPIs and customer satisfaction scores.
  • • Work in a true hybrid model: split your week between modern offices in Kaunas or Vilnius and your own home setup, enjoying reliable high-speed internet and ergonomic support while covering 40 hours of night shifts (including two weekends) that keep Hostinger’s service truly 24/7.
