- ⢠The Associate Director, US Medical Affairs & Evidence Generation Training supports the strategy, planning, and execution of training programs for the US Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation organization, including field medical and internal medical stakeholders.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing training strategies aligned to business objectives, leading onboarding and continuous education programs for field medical teams, translating learning needs into scalable training solutions, and evaluating training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- ⢠The role partners closely with Medical Affairs leadership, Medical Directors, MSL Leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure training drives scientific excellence, field readiness, and continuous capability development, while also collaborating with US Commercial Training to support broader organizational training initiatives.
- ⢠argenx is a global immunology company committed to improving lives of people with severe autoimmune diseases and cancer, leveraging its Immunology Innovation Program to translate scientific breakthroughs into novel antibody-based medicines, with a pipeline led by VYVGART and expanding across multiple therapeutic areas.
- ⢠In this role, the individual will develop expertise in medical affairs training strategy, adult learning principles, program evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration within a innovative, science-driven biotech organization, contributing to patient impact through enhanced scientific and field readiness.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD)
- ⢠5+ years of biopharmaceutical, clinical, or post-graduate experience, including 3+ years of Medical Affairs field or in-house experience
- ⢠Demonstrated experience executing training programs for field medical or internal medical teams
- ⢠Strong understanding of Medical Affairs functions in biotech or pharmaceutical organizations
- ⢠Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective teaching methodologies
- ⢠Experience in neurology, immunology, or rare diseases preferred
