With an anticipated start date in June/July 2026, you will be immersed in a fast-paced startup environment, gaining invaluable experience and contributing directly to our product's evolution and customer success.
• • As an Associate Field Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams. Your primary focus will be on developing deep technical expertise and creating essential tooling that directly enhances both the core product and the overall customer experience. You will act as a crucial technical liaison, engaging with a wide spectrum of technical stakeholders throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This includes guiding prospective clients in understanding how Pinecone seamlessly integrates into their existing architectures, assisting current customers with successful implementation, optimizing their deployments, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
• • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with our Sales, Product, and Engineering departments. Your contributions will be vital in scoping technical solutions, meticulously troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and effectively surfacing critical customer insights. These insights are instrumental in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring Pinecone remains the industry's premier vector database.
