• • As a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer, you will own end-to-end features that directly influence how enterprises achieve and maintain SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, and other critical certifications. Your code will be the backbone that auditors rely on and customers trust.
• • Architect and ship production-grade services in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Go that process millions of compliance artifacts daily. You’ll design resilient micro-services, optimize event-driven pipelines, and craft intuitive dashboards that turn complex audit evidence into clear, actionable insights.
• • Drive the expansion into federal compliance (FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CMMC). You’ll collaborate with ex-NIST engineers and former FedRAMP PMOs to build hardened, FIPS-validated workflows that satisfy the strictest government security standards.
• • Lead zero-to-one initiatives. From ideation to GA launch, you’ll define product specs, run customer discovery, and iterate rapidly with design and product partners. Recent examples include an AI-powered evidence collection engine that cut audit prep time by 40%.
• • Champion security-by-design. Perform threat modeling, code reviews, and automated security testing (SAST/DAST) for every pull request. You’ll integrate with tools like Snyk, Veracode, and AWS Security Hub to ensure our platform remains the gold standard.
• • Mentor a distributed team of engineers across North America and Europe. Conduct architecture reviews, pair program, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Your leadership will shape Secureframe’s engineering ladder and best-practice playbooks.
• • Optimize for scale and reliability. You’ll fine-tune PostgreSQL queries, implement caching strategies with Redis, and leverage serverless patterns on AWS Lambda to handle 10× traffic spikes during audit season without breaking a sweat.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance Ops to translate real-world pain points into elegant technical solutions. Your work will reduce customer onboarding from weeks to hours.
• • Contribute to open-source. We maintain several Go and TypeScript libraries used by the broader compliance community. You’ll represent Secureframe at conferences, webinars, and meetups, sharing how modern engineering can tame regulatory complexity.
