- • Perform day-to-day accounting entries in Oracle NetSuite, including Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal Entries, Accruals, and Prepayments.
- • Maintain accurate and clean General Ledger (GL) postings and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.
- • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and payment scheduling.
- • Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including customer billing, collections, and receivables aging tracking.
- • Record and reconcile monthly payroll entries, including salary, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), TDS, and other statutory deductions.
- • Conduct detailed bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and GL reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- • Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- • Support GST compliance activities, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns, and maintain corresponding compliance trackers and working papers.
- • Support TDS compliance activities, including calculation, deduction, filing, and documentation as per Indian tax regulations.
- • Ensure full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal control frameworks in all finance operations.
- • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to perform data analysis, look-up formulas, pivot tables, and variance analysis for financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to provide accurate financial data and documentation.
- • Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
- • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to support compliance with Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- • Proactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in finance operations.
- • Work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with an ownership mindset to ensure timely delivery of finance deliverables.
