📋 Description
- • As an Associate Growth Manager (Web) at Codeway, you will own end-to-end marketing for a web product, driving user acquisition and growth through data-informed, creative, and strategic initiatives that directly impact millions of global users.
- • Day to day, you will manage the creative pipeline by generating ad ideas and testing hypotheses, run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other networks, build and monitor BI dashboards to track KPIs, collaborate with product teams on monetization strategies, and develop external partnerships with agencies and ad networks.
- • Codeway is a fast-growing tech company building consumer apps in AI creativity, wellness, learning, and productivity, with Barcelona as a core engineering hub focused on ownership, fast execution, and high craftsmanship — offering a culture where your work reaches users quickly and influences real product decisions.
- • In this role, you will develop a holistic growth mindset, sharpen your analytical and creative skills, gain end-to-end campaign ownership experience, and grow into a strategic contributor who bridges performance marketing, product, and data to drive scalable user acquisition.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of performance marketing experience
- • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, RTB, and similar platforms
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- • Good communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal)
- • Experience with Google measurement tools (GA4, etc.) and mobile measurement partners (Adjust/Appsflyer) is a plus
- • Knowledge of user attribution and conversion tracking across multiple channels is a plus
