- • The Associate II, TMF Operations role is critical to ensuring the integrity and compliance of clinical trial documentation, directly supporting the mission to improve lives through innovative clinical research.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing, reviewing, and resolving rejected Trial Master File (TMF) documents in both electronic and hard copy formats, fulfilling TMF Approver and/or TMF QC Reviewer roles per SOPs, preparing periodic TMF Quality Control checklists, and performing QC checks to ensure adherence to regulatory, ICH GCP, Sponsor, and industry best practices.
- • The TMF Operations team at Worldwide Clinical Trials operates within a global, collaborative culture of over 3,500 experts dedicated to advancing clinical research with quality and excellence, regularly collaborating with Worldwide Project Teams across studies and sponsors.
- • In this role, you will develop proficiency in electronic document management and eTMF systems, strengthen administrative and organizational skills in a regulated environment, and gain hands-on experience with clinical research principles and processes, positioning you for growth in TMF operations or clinical trial coordination.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 6 months of administrative experience, preferably in the CRO or Pharma industry
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- • Ability to adhere to standardized document naming conventions and handle multiple, highly detailed tasks with exceptional accuracy
