Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • The Associate Implementation Analyst at MeridianLink plays a critical role in ensuring successful client onboarding and deployment of mortgage software solutions, directly impacting customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term retention by managing the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
  • • This role serves as the primary technical and functional liaison between clients and internal teams, translating business needs into actionable implementation plans while maintaining project timelines, managing expectations, and ensuring seamless integration of MeridianLink’s licensed software with client systems and third-party providers.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering core and third-party credentials, collecting product requirements and client documentation, reviewing and validating product workbooks, troubleshooting integration issues with external systems, supporting client validation and configuration activities, and providing best practice recommendations based on deepening knowledge of MeridianLink’s mortgage software suite.
  • • The analyst will actively participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and shadow senior implementation specialists to learn advanced configuration techniques, gradually taking ownership of smaller workstreams while contributing to cross-functional coordination between sales, product, support, and engineering teams.
  • • Over time, the role evolves from task execution to proactive problem-solving, enabling the analyst to anticipate client needs, identify process improvements, and communicate enhancement ideas back to the Product team — positioning them as a trusted advisor who bridges client experience with product innovation.
  • • Working within a collaborative, remote-first environment at MeridianLink, the analyst gains exposure to enterprise mortgage technology, industry-standard implementation methodologies (such as Waterfall and Agile hybrids), and client-facing consulting practices — building a foundation for growth into senior implementation, project management, or product advisory roles.
  • • The position emphasizes continuous learning through hands-on experience with real-world client scenarios, mentorship from senior implementation specialists, and access to internal training resources, allowing the analyst to develop both technical proficiency and consultative communication skills essential for long-term success in enterprise software deployment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • • 0-2 years of professional experience in client onboarding, implementation support, technical support, or a client-facing technical role
  • • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adhere to strict timelines
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • • Basic understanding of software configuration, data mapping, and integration concepts (e.g., APIs, file transfers, credential management)
  • • Ability to learn quickly, follow detailed processes, and adapt to evolving client needs and internal workflows

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
  • • Generous paid time off (PTO) and company-observed holidays
  • • Remote work flexibility with equipment stipend for home office setup
  • • Professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement and access to LinkedIn Learning
  • • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness initiatives supporting mental and physical health
