- • The Associate Implementation Consultant is a key team member of the National Employee Benefits Technology (EBTech) Department, responsible for deploying software tools to customers for health care reform compliance, automated benefits enrollment, and other automation needs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include auditing and uploading data for client implementations, creating and configuring EDI files using third-party software, conducting root cause analysis, performing quality assurance testing, providing training and mentorship to junior team members, and supporting clients through direct and indirect assistance.
- • The EBTech department operates within Brown & Brown Insurance, a meritocracy-driven organization that rewards self-starters and prioritizes customer-centric solutions, with a focus on innovation in employee benefits technology.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in health benefits systems, EDI configuration, data analysis, client relationship management, and process improvement, while gaining opportunities for professional growth through training and mentorship.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- • 2-5 years of applicable software implementation experience
- • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience working with personal computer database applications
- • Exceptional telephone demeanor and professional approach to problem-solving
- • Attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
