  • • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas for overall performance and key growth products within a designated U.S. geography as an Associate Inside & Digital Sales Representative in Zoetis’ Petcare Division.
  • • Successfully launch and promote new product and service offerings to drive adoption and revenue growth in assigned territory.
  • • Balance a broad portfolio of products to align with territory needs and business objectives, ensuring optimal sales opportunity coverage.
  • • Demonstrate consistent solution-selling capabilities by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored veterinary healthcare solutions that link directly to Zoetis products.
  • • Build and maintain technical knowledge of veterinary medicine, animal health products, and industry trends to establish credibility and trust with veterinary practice stakeholders.
  • • Develop and execute an annual Territory Business Plan using industry insights, SWOT analysis, and strategic tactics to maximize territory effectiveness and business growth.
  • • Utilize Zoetis Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to identify account growth opportunities, track interactions, and prioritize outreach activities.
  • • Conduct quarterly business reviews with Inside and Digital Sales Manager to assess performance, adjust strategies, and reallocate resources based on changing market dynamics.
  • • Leverage Zoetis-provided resources—including samples, educational materials, and events—to enhance customer engagement and maximize return on investment.
  • • Follow all Zoetis promotional guidelines and compliance standards in all customer interactions and communications.
  • • Employ consultative selling techniques to educate clients on industry challenges and offer data-driven insights that position Zoetis as a trusted advisor.
  • • Achieve and exceed departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, tool utilization, and territory productivity.
  • • Set and achieve SMART goals that encourage balanced performance across the full Zoetis portfolio while promoting cross-functional collaboration.
  • • Maintain professional, compliant, and ethical conduct in all administrative, communication, and teamwork responsibilities.
  • • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across virtual and in-person platforms in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • • Complete all required product and industry Learning and Development curriculum provided by Zoetis to ensure product expertise and regulatory compliance.
  • • Develop and fulfill an annual Individual Development Plan to support continuous personal and professional growth.
  • • Embrace feedback and actively incorporate it into daily performance and long-term career development.
  • • Manage assigned expense budgets with accountability and precision while maintaining financial compliance.
  • • Utilize analytics and data insights to inform sales tactics, optimize territory planning, and improve decision-making.
  • • Demonstrate strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, results-driven environment.
  • • Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation style while articulating complex veterinary and business concepts clearly and succinctly.
  • • Work independently with minimal supervision while actively contributing to team goals and maintaining strong alignment with Zoetis Core Behaviors.
  • • Possess and apply proficient computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, and other Zoetis platforms, with a willingness to quickly learn internal systems.
  • • Travel up to 10% annually, including attendance at regional/national sales meetings, onsite training sessions, and quarterly visits to Zoetis’ Malvern, PA headquarters.
