📋 Description
- • As an Associate Manager, Global Payroll at KAYAK (part of Booking Holdings), you will ensure accurate and timely payroll for employees across multiple countries while leading and developing a growing payroll team.
- • You will oversee day-to-day payroll processing, manage tax calculations and reporting, coordinate with external vendors, resolve employee inquiries via ticketing systems, and serve as the primary contact for tax notices and regulatory audits.
- • You will collaborate closely with Finance, People Operations, Legal, FP&A, and the Booking Holdings Payroll Team to ensure alignment and accuracy across the organization.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in global payroll operations, strengthen leadership skills, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, innovative travel technology company that values collaboration and continuous growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 6 years of recent hands-on payroll experience with multi-national payrolls
- • Experience leading or managing a team
- • Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and comfort working with large data sets
- • Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
- • Experience with CloudPay and ADP would be ideal
- • Clear, concise communication skills — both written and verbal — and a collaborative approach to working across teams
