  • • As an Associate Manager on the Partner Integrations Strategy & Operations team at DoorDash, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the AI-driven future of the integrated provider ecosystem, reducing friction across the integration lifecycle and driving adoption of automation and AI to ensure providers have the tools and support they need to operate effectively on DoorDash.
  • • You will own key initiatives tied to team KRs, using strong analytical and AI fluency to transform provider signals into product, tooling, and workflow improvements that reduce support dependency and elevate the end-to-end integrations journey, while driving adoption and performance of AI systems, defining and tracking impact metrics, and leading deep dives on pain points to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • • The Partner Integrations Strategy & Operations team builds and scales the systems, workflows, and partner experiences that power DoorDash’s integrated provider ecosystem, working across Product, Support, Engineering, and Merchant S&O to improve operational performance, strengthen the Developer Platform, and deliver best-in-class experiences for providers across Marketplace, Drive, and New Verticals.
  • • You will report to the Manager of Partner Integrations in the Merchant Strategy & Operations organization and operate in a hybrid model with expected time in-office across New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; San Francisco, CA; or Phoenix, AZ.
  • • You will drive AI strategy and adoption across the DoorDash ecosystem, ensuring providers increasingly rely on automated guidance rather than Support or TAMs, and define, track, and evolve AI quality metrics including accuracy, actionability, drift, and deflection, owning the feedback loops that continuously improve models.
  • • You will conduct deep dives on partner pain signals to surface root causes and inform product and operational roadmaps, partner with Product and Engineering to launch and refine actionability for top issues and expand self-serve resolution pathways, and shape the Developer Portal support experience by collaborating with Design and Product to improve clarity, workflow UI, and overall provider support outcomes.
  • • You will translate complex issues into clear data stories, hypotheses, and recommendations, driving alignment across Support, Integrations, and Product, and build dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and structured analyses that reveal insights and guide decision-making.
  • • You will leverage your detail-oriented, process-driven nature to capture all details in a way that is understandable to both business and tech stakeholders, while applying strong critical thinking to break down ambiguous problems and connect qualitative and quantitative signals.
  • • You will communicate complex, technical projects clearly, voice challenges and paths to resolution, and demonstrate a bias for action as a self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
  • • You will apply strong data skills (SQL, Sheets/Excel) to build reliable dashboards and ensure metric accuracy, while using technical savviness to navigate engineering jargon and translate concepts into functional understanding for cross-functional teams.
  • • You will act as a relationship builder, influencing and motivating people at all levels across internal and external functions, and actively leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving with a beginner’s mindset and curiosity.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-6 years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, or a related analytical role
  • • Experience with AI systems, LLM outputs, and quality evaluation, including comfort evaluating model behavior and identifying drift
  • • Proven success in creating and/or implementing new strategy, with a strong track record of internal stakeholder management
  • • Comfortable manipulating data using Excel/Sheets and SQL, with demonstrated ability to build reliable dashboards and ensure metric accuracy
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to business solutions and influencing cross-functional teams
  • • Bachelor’s degree required
