- • Leads assigned staff in performing activities or tasks relating to scheduling at SSM Health Care Corporation’s Monroe Home Health & Hospice location in Wisconsin.
- • Coordinates shift operations, assigns and monitors work progress, serves as a technical resource, oversees training and orientation, and evaluates staff performance while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- • Works within a hospice and home health care team dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care as part of SSM Health’s mission-driven healthcare network.
- • Develops leadership and operational coordination skills in a healthcare scheduling role, gaining experience in staff supervision, workflow management, and compliance monitoring within a clinical environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent of 10 years of work experience
- • Three years of relevant experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support
- • Ability to frequently lift/carry/push/pull objects weighing 0-25 lbs and occasionally 25-50 lbs; frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and keyboard use
