- • The Senior Project Manager is a key leader driving initiatives that deliver measurable business value and advance Gas South’s strategic objectives, going beyond execution to shape project strategy, influence decision-making, and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading medium to large-scale projects across business units and external partners, championing change management, developing and implementing project methodologies, facilitating business case development, managing continuous improvement programs, collaborating with vendors and internal teams on timelines and resources, providing consulting services to business customers, driving issue resolution and risk mitigation, championing governance and best practices, and proactively communicating with stakeholders and leadership to maintain transparency and trust.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of project management experience with proven success in leading strategic initiatives
- • Strong understanding of change management and project management methodologies
- • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus in complex environments
- • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- • Experience with industry recognized PPM tools
- • PMP and Agile certifications (preferred)
