• • The Executive, Office of the CEO (China) role supports A1’s early market entry and local setup in China by working closely with the CEO to drive key priorities forward, ensuring smooth execution across operations, hiring, partnerships, and office setup.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the CEO and leadership team on daily activities related to China market entry, coordinating execution of initiatives across office setup, hiring, partnerships, and operations, preparing meeting materials and briefing notes, supporting early hiring efforts with recruiters and agencies, managing communications with vendors and service providers, acting as a central coordination point across teams, and handling urgent tasks and ad-hoc requests with speed and judgment.
