📋 Description

• • The Associate Manager for WFE Student Success builds strong teams that foster authentic relationships with students, ensuring enrollment and persistence through education programs.
• • Day to day, the role involves motivating and leading a team of Success Coaches, recruiting and hiring new team members, providing coaching and training through 1-on-1s, call reviews, performance evaluations, and team meetings, and collaborating with education providers to ensure curriculum knowledge and resource availability.
• • The role is part of Strayer University, Inc., a member of Strategic Education, Inc. (SEI), which is committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture where individuals can grow their careers and contribute fully.
