- • As an Associate, Ocular Health Pharma Field Sales based in Bronx, NY (remote field-based), you will drive Alcon’s mission to help people see brilliantly by promoting dry eye pharmaceutical solutions to healthcare providers in a defined territory.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building disease awareness with key partners, collaborating on prior authorization and reimbursement processes, managing sales budgets, developing territory plans, visiting and managing customer accounts, growing relationships with opinion leaders, conducting meetings and events, presenting action plans to meet sales targets, tracking account metrics, coordinating trainings and product presentations, and prospecting for new accounts.
- • You will join Alcon, a global leader in eye care, known for innovation, speed, and an inclusive culture that values diverse talent and recognizes employee contributions while supporting career growth.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in ocular health pharmaceutical sales, strengthen your ability to navigate complex healthcare systems, refine strategic account planning and execution skills, and build a proven track record in field-based sales performance within the Bronx and Manhattan territory.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (high school +10 years; Associate’s +6 years; or Master’s)
- • Fluency in English (reading, writing, understanding, and communication)
- • Valid driver’s license – Category B
- • 2 years of proven experience in sales or account management
- • Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in eye care pharmaceuticals or medical devices
