• • As an Associate in the Office of the Chairman, you will serve as a strategic extension of leadership, turning high-impact ideas into execution across critical initiatives such as US market entry, talent acquisition, fundraising, and operational setup.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include working directly with the Chairman to drive US expansion strategy and execution, building and implementing hiring plans by sourcing and closing top talent, supporting fundraising through investor materials and coordination, establishing operational infrastructure in the US, and driving external positioning via PR and partnerships.
• • You will operate within a high-talent-density, fast-moving team at A1, where decisions are made collectively and execution is prioritized. The company is building a proactive AI chat app focused on reliability, persistent context, and real-world task execution for everyday users.
