📋 Description

• • As an Associate in the Office of the Chairman at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will serve as a strategic extension of the Chairman, driving high-impact initiatives across China market entry, talent acquisition, fundraising, and operational setup—turning vision into execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• • Day to day, you will work directly with the Chairman to develop and execute China expansion strategy, lead end-to-end hiring processes for critical roles, support fundraising activities including investor materials and coordination, establish local operations (office setup, vendors, structure), drive external positioning through PR and partnerships, and resolve high-urgency, unstructured problems with independent judgment and speed.
• • Bjak Sdn. Bhd. is building A1, a proactive AI chat app designed to bring intelligence into everyday conversations, errands, organization, and workflows—prioritizing reliability, persistent context, and real-world task execution over traditional chat tools.
