📋 Description
- • As an Associate Partner Manager at Bullhorn, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing customer experience across the UK&I and EMEA regions. This 5-month contract position is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in our dynamic Alliances team, with a significant focus on Partner Marketing and supporting strategic partnerships.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives that effectively communicate the value proposition of our partners and their integrated solutions to both internal teams and the broader market.
- • A key responsibility will involve collaborating closely with our valued partners to strategize and create compelling collateral. This content will be crucial for educating our internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the unique benefits and capabilities our partners bring to the Bullhorn ecosystem.
- • You will empower our partners to effectively showcase the value of their integrations through tailored marketing campaigns and strategic event sponsorships, amplifying their reach and impact.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Product departments. You will be responsible for ensuring that up-to-date information on partner solutions, particularly within specific market categories, is readily available and accurately disseminated.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the ongoing development and successful implementation of our partner program, identifying opportunities for enhancement and ensuring seamless execution.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, recognizing the critical role that advanced software plays in the success of staffing firms' sales and operational functions.
- • Experience within a partnership program at a SaaS company is highly desirable, providing a solid foundation for understanding the nuances of partner management in a technology-driven environment.
- • A background in sales or marketing, specifically within a recruitment-focused software company, will be invaluable in navigating the complexities of this role and effectively communicating value to stakeholders.
