📋 Description
- • As an Associate - People Analytics at BrowserStack, you will transform raw HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to retention, directly impacting organizational performance and culture.
- • Day to day, you will design and maintain automated dashboards in Looker, write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze HR data, develop predictive models for flight risk and headcount planning, conduct survey analytics for engagement insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align people strategies with business goals.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in People Analytics, master advanced SQL and Looker, develop predictive modeling skills, and learn to communicate complex data insights as compelling narratives to influence HR and business leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in an analytical role with a focus on People Analytics or Business Intelligence
- • Advanced SQL proficiency with ability to write complex queries and work with relational databases
- • Hands-on experience building explores and dashboards in Looker
- • Expert-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc modeling and analysis
- • Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- • Startup mentality: comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, and ability to translate technical findings into compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders
