Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the entire U.S. event engine for Nagarro—design, budget, negotiate, and execute a high-impact calendar of owned, sponsored, and third-party conferences that directly fuels our aggressive North-American growth plan over the next 2–3 years.
  • • Translate regional revenue targets into a data-driven event portfolio: prioritize which shows, vertical forums, and executive roundtables will move the needle for priority accounts and solution plays, then secure the right mix of booths, keynotes, and private dinners.
  • • Run every event like a product launch: craft the creative brief, lock in the budget, negotiate sponsorship tiers, design the booth experience, script the demos, and choreograph the on-site run-of-show so every attendee touch-point feels unmistakably Nagarro.
  • • Build a scalable ABM motion around each event—partner with Sales and Business Units to pre-identify target accounts, craft personalized meeting offers, and orchestrate executive engagements that convert hallway conversations into seven-figure pipeline.
  • • Amplify thought leadership by securing speaking slots, awards, analyst briefings, and press interviews; ensure brand voice, visual identity, and messaging stay razor-sharp across signage, swag, microsites, and QR-driven lead-capture flows.
  • • Operationalize lead capture end-to-end: deploy badge scanners, mobile apps, and post-event nurture sequences; enable SDRs and AEs with real-time dashboards, talk tracks, and follow-up cadences that turn MQLs into SQLs within 72 hours.
  • • Create “event-in-a-box” kits for the field—demo scripts, one-pagers, battle cards, and digital toolkits—so regional reps can activate smaller roadshows and lunch-and-learns without reinventing the wheel.
  • • Own vendor and budget stewardship: evaluate agencies, freight partners, and booth builders; negotiate value-adds (extra badges, co-marketing credits, speaking slots) and keep every program on scope, on brand, and on budget while hitting >300% ROI targets.
  • • Ensure bulletproof compliance: manage contracts, COIs, union rules, venue regulations, and brand standards; coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to mitigate risk and streamline approvals.
  • • Define and track success metrics—meetings booked, SQLs generated, pipeline sourced & influenced, cost-per-lead, and brand lift—then run A/B tests on messaging, creative, and channel mix to continuously optimize the portfolio.
  • • Report weekly to U.S. leadership: distill insights from registration trends, attendee feedback, and revenue attribution into concise read-outs that inform next-quarter planning and executive decision-making.
  • • Foster a culture of experimentation—pilot immersive tech (AR demos, AI matchmaking lounges, live podcasts) and feed learnings back into global playbooks so the entire Nagarro events community levels up.
  • • Champion diversity, sustainability, and accessibility in every program—from carbon-neutral booth builds to inclusive speaker line-ups—reflecting Nagarro’s values and resonating with modern buyers.
  • • Travel up to 40% across North America to be on-site for flagship shows, client briefings, and regional activations, ensuring flawless execution and real-time troubleshooting when the unexpected strikes.
