- • Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept through closeout, ensuring technical excellence and constructability.
- • Guide cross-functional teams in programming, design, and documentation phases, clarifying requirements and coordinating efforts.
- • Apply strong engineering judgment to maintain alignment with scope, schedule, and budget while identifying and mitigating surface risks early.
- • Document engineering decisions and maintain project records to ensure traceability and accountability.
- • Strengthen TEECOM’s engineering standards by contributing to GitHub, improving tools, workflows, and documenting client-specific nuances.
- • Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication, reliable follow-through, and thoughtful problem-solving.
- • Mentor junior engineers and designers through hands-on guidance, reviews, and feedback to reinforce discipline capability.
- • Support business development and talent management by developing TEECOM’s talent and reinforcing disciplined engineering practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering preferred).
- • 5+ years of progressive engineering experience with increasing responsibility in project leadership roles.
- • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects involving structural, mechanical, electrical, and systems integration.
- • Demonstrated experience in project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- • Strong technical communication skills for interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- • Proficiency in engineering tools: AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, SAP2000, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
- • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
