  • • As an Associate Product Manager at NETGEAR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of connectivity by owning strategy, planning, and delivery for key product and feature areas within NETGEAR’s global portfolio, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering intelligent networking solutions that delight and protect users worldwide.
  • • You will drive real product impact in a fast-paced, on-site environment in San Jose, CA, collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to transform ideas into market-ready innovations that advance how people live and work.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting competitive analysis and market research to uncover opportunities, defining and maintaining product vision and roadmaps, and developing go-to-market strategies aligned with business goals.
  • • You will partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless alignment from concept through launch, authoring clear user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and comprehensive product documentation.
  • • You will present plans and progress to executive leadership, serving as the internal champion for your product area and advocating for resources and priorities that support successful execution.
  • • You will drive product delivery using agile methodologies, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to remove obstacles, maintain momentum, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • • 1–3 years of practical experience in the technology sector or consumer product industries
  • • Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across functions and levels
  • • Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
  • • Ability to articulate product ideas clearly and write effective product documentation
  • • Previous internship or work experience in product management or business strategy in a technology company (preferred)
