- • Investigate discrepancies, gaps, and issues in court, case, and master data using Kibana and internal monitoring tools to ensure data integrity and reliability
- • Document data anomalies and communicate findings to Product and Engineering leadership for timely resolution
- • Monitor internal tracking and alert systems to proactively identify and address failures in court data feeds, portals, and integrations
- • Assist in troubleshooting broken court portals, data integrations, and automated feeds to maintain platform uptime and accuracy
- • Coordinate with Engineering teams to track estimated timelines, issue resolution status, and delivery of product deliverables related to court data
- • Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings for new product features, court onboarding initiatives, and integration updates
- • Support the Senior Product Manager in executing operational initiatives through follow-through, documentation, and process refinement
- • Create and maintain product documentation, requirements, and bug tracking within Jira and Google Workspace
- • Research court document availability, coverage limitations, and structural constraints to inform internal stakeholders and Sales teams
- • Analyze and prioritize new court portal opportunities within the Court Onboarding roadmap based on data feasibility and business impact
- • Assist with outreach and follow-up communication with courts to secure data feeds and bulk data extracts
- • Coordinate legal review and approval processes for court portal agreements and bulk data contracts
- • Triage requests for manual case imports from PACER and other supported court systems
- • Track operational costs associated with bots, court subscriptions, and data feed subscriptions
- • Help maintain organized workflows and standardized operational processes across the Court Data team
- • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, and Sales teams to align on data quality standards and product execution
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with shifting priorities and high operational demands
- • Contribute to the development of UniCourt’s automated intelligence engine by ensuring foundational court data is accurate, complete, and actionable
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 1+ years of product management or product operations experience, preferably within legal technology
- • Familiarity with court systems, litigation workflows, or legal data platforms preferred
- • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
