📋 Description
- • As an Associate Recruiter at Ingenovis Health, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in connecting qualified healthcare providers with meaningful short-term, long-term, and permanent practice opportunities across the United States and abroad, directly supporting VISTA’s mission to deliver exceptional locum tenens staffing solutions that enhance patient care access.
- • Your work will drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and placing healthcare professionals through a consultative, relationship-focused approach that differentiates VISTA as a trusted partner in the healthcare staffing industry.
- • Day to day, you will source and recruit healthcare providers using diverse methods including responding to marketing-generated inquiries, leveraging internal and purchased databases, conducting independent internet research, cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation and conversion strategies.
- • You will qualify candidates while simultaneously selling the benefits of locum tenens work, using consultative techniques to align provider goals with client needs, and educating providers on VISTA’s offerings to support their personal and professional aspirations.
- • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with providers will be central to your role, enabling repeat business and referrals through consistent, trust-based engagement.
- • You will conduct initial quality screenings, guide candidates through the presentation process, and collaborate with team members to negotiate assignment contract terms—including provider compensation—while understanding billing rates, variable expenses, and profitability impacts to set accurate expectations.
- • Operating within a team-based environment, you will align your daily efforts with business priorities and revenue targets, contributing to a performance-driven culture where individual and team goals are transparently tracked and exceeded.
- • You will develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships, participating fully in a dynamic, metrics-focused workplace.
- • Occasional participation in after-hours call rotations and special projects as directed by management will be expected, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to team success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Proven ability in an Inside Sales or Recruiting role for preferably 2 years
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software
- • Ability to understand and meet performance metrics as outlined
- • Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing
- • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
