- • As an Associate Recruiter at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles, playing a critical role in ensuring high-quality technical hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- • You will source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach; screen resumes and conduct initial assessments; coordinate interviews and feedback; maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS; and support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales.
- • You will join a small, high-bar team at A1 (operated by Bjak Sdn. Bhd.) that values initiative, execution, and learning, working closely with experienced recruiters, engineers, and hiring managers in a flat organizational structure.
- • This role offers hands-on ownership from day one, with opportunities to develop expertise in technical recruiting, gain experience in end-to-end recruitment operations, and progress toward roles such as Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialized technical hiring positions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
