• • The Sr. Manager of SOX Control at MoonPay Inc. is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial statements for a rapidly growing global fintech leader in the decentralized economy.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing and documenting SOX-relevant controls, leading control testing and remediation efforts, coordinating with external auditors, collaborating with finance, accounting, IT, and product teams to assess control effectiveness, identifying control gaps, driving process improvements, and preparing comprehensive SOX reporting packages for executive leadership and the audit committee.
