- • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent across Germany-speaking markets in Poland and Romania
- • Conduct complex internet searches using multiple search engines, social media platforms, direct outreach, cold calling, professional networks, directories, and recruitment databases
- • Build and maintain an active network of candidates through consistent market research and ongoing relationship management
- • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates against client position requirements and organizational culture fit
- • Present qualified talent to clients, effectively overcoming objections and advocating for candidate suitability
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, including data entry and reporting
- • Ensure consistent meeting of weekly and monthly submission goals while managing a dynamic recruiting pipeline
- • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with both candidates and client partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- • Demonstrate strong client focus by aligning recruitment efforts with client needs and continuously improving service delivery
- • Utilize intermediate G Suite tools and maintain an active, professional social media presence to support sourcing and branding efforts
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, changing client demands, and evolving recruitment strategies
- • Actively contribute to team collaboration, share best practices, and support a culture of open communication and mutual improvement
- • Communicate complex recruitment concepts clearly and concisely to candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
- • Execute recruitment strategies that reflect a clear understanding of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models and client relationship dynamics
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with strict deadlines and performance expectations
- • Exhibit sales competencies through influence, persuasion, and relationship-building without being a traditional sales role
- • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity while representing Wilson Human Capital Group to candidates and clients
- • Leverage German language proficiency to engage with German-speaking candidates and clients across Poland and Romania
- • Independently manage workload with strong time management and prioritization skills, ensuring pipeline visibility and proactive follow-up
