- • In this dynamic role, you will directly contribute to and support essential payment operations functions, including merchant onboarding and underwriting, ongoing fraud monitoring, and chargeback workflows, all while adhering to established procedures and utilizing cutting-edge tools.

- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass gathering comprehensive customer information to perform in-depth analysis for Know Your Customer (KYC) underwriting and customer due diligence, ensuring we onboard legitimate and compliant merchants.
- • You will meticulously review and process customer profile updates and bank account changes, maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.
- • A key part of your role will involve reviewing and processing ACH rejections and Notice of Changes, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring smooth financial transactions.
- • You will be responsible for the daily review and processing of chargebacks, a critical function in mitigating financial losses and maintaining customer trust.
- • Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you conduct detailed monitoring of payment transactional activities, identifying and preventing potential risks before they escalate.
- • You will perform preliminary investigations into suspicious payment activity and suspected fraudulent transactions, collaborating closely with senior staff to develop and recommend appropriate actions.
