- • The Associate, Sales Development - Bilingual role at Concentrix is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of client products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling in a B2B environment. This role is critical for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions via phone, email, video, and social media; identifying alternative points of contact using tools like Sales Navigator; adhering to response-time SLAs and mandatory sales cadences; actively managing the sales pipeline; documenting all prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce; transitioning qualified leads to the onboarding team; reviewing and reporting daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics; providing accurate customer success updates to managers; and collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and foster continual learning.

- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced consultative selling skills, gain deep expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce, refine bilingual communication abilities in English and Spanish (C1 level), and build a track record of influencing buyer behavior, unlocking budget opportunities, and contributing to measurable sales outcomes—positioning them for advancement into senior sales, account management, or sales enablement roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of overall professional experience
- • 3+ years of work experience in B2B sales, consultative sales in a target-driven environment, or account management (ideally within a large tech and/or advertising organization)
- • Fluency in Spanish and English at C1 level
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Salesforce experience or proficiency with similar CRM tools
