  • • As an Associate Sales Engineer at Rad AI, you will serve as the technical backbone of the pre-sales motion, enabling radiology groups and health systems to understand how Rad AI’s AI-powered solutions integrate into their existing infrastructure, security posture, and clinical workflows—directly supporting the company’s mission to reduce radiologist burnout and improve patient care through cutting-edge artificial intelligence.
  • • You will partner closely with Sales Executives to guide opportunities from early discovery through technical validation, owning the first pass on technical and security questionnaires, drafting RFI/RFP responses, anticipating technical objections around HIPAA, SOC 2, data flows, and integrations, and building reusable content that streamlines future deals while ensuring deployments are set up for success before contracts are signed.
  • • You will support discovery and demo preparation by documenting workflow requirements, creating architecture diagrams, and clarifying implementation assumptions for strategic opportunities, while helping design and refine demo environments, scripts, and technical enablement materials that make Rad AI’s products tangible for both radiologists and IT stakeholders.

  • • You will work with a world-class team that prioritizes transparency, inclusion, and close collaboration, gaining deep expertise in healthcare IT systems (PACS, RIS, EHRs), AI in medical imaging, healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM), and enterprise sales processes—positioning you to grow into a senior technical sales or solutions architecture role while making a tangible impact on millions of lives through improved diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or technical support roles working with enterprise software.
  • • Hands-on experience supporting healthcare IT or other highly regulated enterprise environments such as health systems, radiology groups, or clinical SaaS.
  • • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including radiologists, clinical leaders, and hospital IT teams.
  • • Strong technical writing skills with precision and attention to detail in drafting RFI/RFP responses, security documentation, and proposal content.
  • • Understanding of core security and compliance concepts, particularly HIPAA in cloud-based solutions, and comfort learning and representing a SOC 2–aligned security posture.
