- • You will serve as a central operational hub, collaborating closely with Product Managers and various support teams to maintain pristine documentation, enforce critical freeze periods, manage distribution protocols, and coordinate effectively with third-party vendors.
- • Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the meticulous preparation, ongoing maintenance, and timely submission of all essential insurance product filing materials, such as Plan Benefit Templates (PBTs), Summary of Benefits (SBCs), and Summaries of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs).
- • A key aspect of your role will be to meticulously ensure that all benefit designs, cost-sharing structures, and product configurations are accurately translated and reflected across all required filing documentation, minimizing the need for rework and ensuring compliance.
- • You will actively support the documentation of comprehensive quality assurance (QA) activities, which are vital for verifying the accuracy of filings and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- • A core function involves ensuring strict compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, industry regulations, and Oscar Health's internal governance standards, safeguarding the company against potential risks.

- • You will meticulously track all updates, changes, and version control throughout the filing cycles, including managing and documenting responses to regulatory objections.
- • You will actively support governance processes by tracking filing timelines, documenting key decisions, approvals, and critical milestones to maintain a clear audit trail and ensure accountability.
- • This role necessitates coordinating inputs and outputs across diverse teams, including Product, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Implementation, and Legal, fostering a collaborative and efficient workflow.
- • You will assist in managing regulator follow-ups and addressing filing-related inquiries, acting as a key point of contact for external regulatory bodies.
- • An important duty is to identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or gaps in documentation or processes and escalate them appropriately to management for timely resolution.
- • You will support the development and execution of the multi-year product operating model, contributing to the integration of market research, competitive analysis, product positioning strategies, and product performance monitoring.
- • You will provide essential administrative and coordination support for the insurance product strategy, innovation, and execution teams, as well as for third-party vendors involved in product execution or QA activities.
- • This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while requiring residence in specific states (Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia), subject to change.
- • You will operate within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing to Oscar's mission of transforming healthcare through technology and a member-centric approach.
