  • **The Opportunity: Associate Team Lead, Care Coordination**
  • This is a unique, structured 6-month leadership development program designed to cultivate high-performing Care Coordinators into future Team Leads. As an Associate Team Lead, you will gain comprehensive experience by performing all essential functions of a Team Lead under direct supervision. This role offers a progressive path with graduated authority and accountability, culminating in a promotion to a full Team Lead position upon successful completion of the program and availability of an open role.
  • **Your Role in Leadership Development:**
  • Under the guidance of a Team Lead or Operations Manager, you will learn to execute supervisory responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and legal requirements. This developmental role is crucial for building a strong leadership pipeline within Ennoble Care, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional care coordination services.
  • **Key Responsibilities During the Program:**
  • Your journey as an Associate Team Lead will involve a phased approach to leadership, gradually increasing your responsibilities and autonomy:
  • **Early Phase (Months 1-2): Shadowing & Skill Building**
  • Observe and learn the daily operations and workflows of a Care Coordination team.
  • Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new care coordinators.
  • Shadow experienced Team Leads to understand performance monitoring and corrective action processes.
  • Document observations and begin to familiarize yourself with team dynamics and operational needs.
  • **Mid Phase (Months 3-4): Partial Ownership & Co-Leadership**
  • Begin co-leading daily operations for assigned coordinators, with ongoing oversight.
  • Actively participate in coaching team members and documenting performance conversations.
  • Support staff scheduling, PTO management, and ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Communicate policies, workflows, and expectations to the team, reinforcing best practices.
  • Gain exposure to managing call volumes, task queues, and quality metrics.
  • **Late Phase (Months 5-6): Full Operational Leadership & Review**
  • Take the lead in daily operations for your assigned coordinators, with regular review and sign-off from management.
  • Independently conduct daily staff huddles, audits, and productivity reviews.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volumes, task completion rates, and quality scores.
  • Provide direct coaching to team members, addressing performance issues and documenting feedback.
  • Play a significant role in evaluations, hiring, and the onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Manage provider calendars, coordinate PTO coverage, and effectively distribute tasks.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, timecards, and staffing logs.
  • Enforce company policies, workflows, and compliance standards rigorously.
  • Respond to escalated issues and patient concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Contribute to supporting emergency office and holiday coverage plans.
  • Actively build team culture through recognition, engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and ensure operational readiness.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly productivity and quality reports.
  • **Authority Progression:**
  • Your authority and responsibility will grow throughout the program:
  • **Team Meetings:** Observe (Months 1-2), Co-lead (Months 3-4), Lead (Months 5-6).
  • **Coaching:** Shadow (Months 1-2), Deliver (Months 3-4), Own (Months 5-6).
  • **Performance Reviews:** Observe (Months 1-2), Assist (Months 3-4), Lead (Months 5-6).
  • **Provider Coordination:** Assist (Months 1-2), Manage (Months 3-4), Own (Months 5-6).
  • **Escalations:** Observe (Months 1-2), Support (Months 3-4), Lead (Months 5-6).
  • **Program Completion and Promotion:**
  • Upon successful completion of the 6-month development program, you will be evaluated on your performance metrics, demonstrated leadership behaviors, mastery of compliance and workflows, and overall team engagement and outcomes. Successful candidates will be promoted to a Team Lead position as opportunities become available.
