📋 Description

• The Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) role at ClickUp is critical to ensuring new customers successfully adopt and derive value from the ClickUp platform, acting as a trusted advisor during onboarding and beyond.
• Day to day, the Associate TAM will support lite onboarding and implementation, guide customers through foundational setup, monitor account health via seat utilization and adoption trends, build and execute adoption plans, identify risks, deliver enablement sessions, conduct workflow mapping using IER cycles, drive AI and Agent adoption, and partner with sales to uncover expansion opportunities.
